Three days dedicated to giving you a real feel for life at Barmoor Castle.
Here's what's waiting for you:

Take your time along the water's edge — the fishing lakes, the jetties, the walking paths. No rush, no scripted tour.

Walk through our luxury waterfront lodges, from turnkey furnished homes to the full spec of a 2/3-bed lakeside lodge.

Be shown round personally by the people who run The Lakes every day. Ask anything no question is too small.

See the water, the decking, and the setting exactly as our owners enjoy them, 10–11 months of the year.

Food and drink on us throughout the weekend. Bring the family and the dog.
Every lodge sits on the waterfront. Wake up to the lake, paddleboard or kayak straight from your own decking, fish the private lakes whenever you like. This isn't a park with a pond — the water is the whole point.
The Lakes is a genuinely exclusive development just 8 waterfront lodges, and that's the number for good. No crowds, no rows of identical vans, no commercial noise. Once they're owned, they're owned. This is the opposite of a packed-in holiday park.
This is a place that's yours, no subletting, no rental scheme, no strangers in your lodge. A peaceful countryside base in the Shropshire Hills, dog-friendly throughout, with 10–11 months of use every year and finance available. Somewhere that genuinely feels like your own.

No. The Lakes is genuine ownership, not a rental scheme. Your lodge is yours — there's no subletting and no strangers staying in it. We're happy to talk you through the ownership terms, finance options, and resale agreement on the day.
Not at all. Most visitors come simply to explore the idea. Some leave as owners, many leave with information to think it over. Both are welcome.
Absolutely. Bring partners, children, parents — anyone who'd be part of the decision. We're dog-friendly throughout, so well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome too.
Yes, free parking is available directly at the park. Directions will be sent with your confirmation email.
